Our approach
We work to make this store usable with keyboards, screen readers and different screen sizes, using visible focus, clear labels, image alternatives and reduced-motion support. WCAG Level AA is a technical reference, not a certification that every supplier file or third-party checkout is free of barriers.
Get help or report a barrier
Email services@buytcn.com or call +86 153 8759 2595. Describe the page, task and barrier, and a way to reply. Browser or assistive-technology details are optional; no medical explanation is needed.
We will work with you to provide accessible product or policy information and assist with the shopping task where possible. Do not send payment-card details by email. Report barriers in the central checkout as well so that we can help.
Website controls
