Who is responsible
Oak & Haven is operated by BSHINE.LLC. BuyTCN provides the central cart and checkout at admin.buytcn.com. This policy covers this storefront and describes information used for its orders. For questions or privacy requests, email services@buytcn.com.

The ZIP-code box checks format locally in your browser. It does not send the ZIP code to our catalog service or confirm carrier coverage. Checkout uses the delivery information you provide.
External content and payments
Room photographs load from Unsplash, and fonts may load from Google Fonts. These requests reveal ordinary network information, such as your IP address and browser, to those providers. Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. Read the Cloudflare, Unsplash and Google privacy policies for their practices.
Order and support information can be shared with service providers as necessary to process your request, or when required by law or to address fraud. Payment details entered on a payment provider's page are handled under that provider's notice. We do not request a full card number, password or authentication code by email. Opening a WhatsApp link takes you to that independent messaging service; no WhatsApp messaging widget is embedded here. External websites and central checkout can have their own cookies and notices.
Cookies, local storage and browser signals
This storefront's application code does not install advertising pixels, behavioral analytics or cross-site advertising trackers. It does not sell browsing information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising through this storefront. This statement does not describe every independent external service.
Local storage remembers saved pieces and the preview bag; essential shopping-session and login cookies may be used in central checkout. Manage this storefront's stored choices in Your privacy choices. Clearing them does not delete a purchase, support email or the central checkout's cookies.
The older Do Not Track setting does not change this storefront because it does not perform cross-site advertising tracking. Our privacy choices page detects Global Privacy Control (GPC) and displays its status. No advertising opt-in overrides GPC; there are currently no advertising trackers to enable.
Retention, security and international processing
Device preferences remain until you clear them or your browser removes them. Order, account and support records are kept as needed for transactions, disputes and legal obligations. The central store currently has no automatic deletion schedule configured; request review and deletion of information that is not required to be retained.
We use HTTPS and access controls, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Support, infrastructure and fulfillment providers may process data outside your state or outside the U.S. U.S. warehouse delivery does not mean all data processing takes place in the U.S.
Requests and state privacy rights
Email services@buytcn.com to request access, a copy, correction, deletion, or an opt-out of sale/sharing. Include the action requested and the email used for an order, if relevant. Do not send sensitive identity documents in the first message. We may reasonably verify identity or an authorized agent's authority.
Rights and response periods depend on applicable law and the business's circumstances. Where applicable, rights may include portability, certain use restrictions, opting out, appeals and protection from unlawful discrimination. If a request is denied, reply requesting a privacy appeal; we will explain applicable next steps. This policy does not assert that every state privacy law or business-size threshold applies to this store.
Children and policy updates
This is a general-audience furniture store, not a service directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided it.
The effective date appears above. Material changes will be identified on this page and additionally communicated where required. Later changes do not retroactively remove rights applicable to a prior transaction.
