Item-specific notices
Applicable safety and California Proposition 65 warnings must be shown with the affected item before purchase. Not all furniture requires the same warning. We do not describe all items as “CPSC approved,” non-toxic, certified or “Prop 65 compliant” without support for the specific claim.

Assembly and safe use
Follow the manufacturer's assembly, weight-limit, maintenance and anchoring instructions. Use required anti-tip restraints and keep children from climbing drawers, doors or shelves. Check hardware and keep packaging and small parts away from children. A restraint is not a substitute for a product meeting its applicable safety standard.
Adult furniture must not be used as infant sleep equipment unless specifically designed and lawfully sold for that purpose. Keep required product labels in place.
Written warranty information
Where an item comes with a written warranty, its actual terms must be available in the item details before purchase. Read coverage, duration, exclusions, the responsible business and claim instructions. Email services@buytcn.com for a free copy. GIGA sourcing does not automatically establish a universal one-year warranty.
No additional written warranty does not mean no legal protection: applicable implied warranties and mandatory remedies remain. Supplier RMA arrangements do not override consumer rights.
Recalls and safety concerns
Search CPSC's recall database for model-specific notices. If you believe an item is recalled or unsafe, stop using it when safe, follow official instructions and contact us with the model and order number. Do not resell a recalled product.
