Seller and checkout

Oak & Haven is a storefront operated by BSHINE.LLC. BuyTCN provides central checkout and order administration. U.S. warehouses, suppliers and carriers may assist fulfillment; they are not represented as the operator of this storefront. We do not claim supplier endorsement or certification beyond the actual arrangements for an item.

Design examples are clearly marked and cannot be purchased. An item must have live price, stock, delivery and purchase eligibility before ordering is available.

Before ordering

Read the item's materials, dimensions, packaged dimensions, assembly needs, service description, safety notices, written warranty and return terms. Review Returns & refunds and Shipping & delivery before entering payment information. Screen differences do not excuse a materially incorrect description or delivery of a wrong product.

A confirmation records the order received. If we cannot supply the order, we will explain and provide lawful cancellation/refund options. We will not silently substitute a materially different item.

Price and payment

Prices are in USD. Applicable tax and shipping appear before order submission. Accepted payment methods are those actually offered in checkout. We do not ask for full card details by email. Cart or saved-item status does not reserve inventory.

If a material price error is discovered, we explain it and offer a lawful correction or cancellation/refund; we do not charge an increased amount without authorization. The store checks availability and delivery eligibility again before payment.

Returns and warranties

The disclosed item terms and returns policy apply subject to mandatory law. There is no blanket free-return or lifetime-warranty promise. Where an item has a written warranty, its actual text must be available before purchase; a free copy can be requested from support. A website disclaimer does not remove implied warranties or consumer remedies where they apply.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully, provide accurate information and do not misuse another person's account or interfere with security. You may save or print transaction and policy information for your records. Website materials can be subject to their owners' rights.

The store is intended for adult purchasers able to enter a binding transaction and is not directed to children under 13. It does not offer an automatically renewing membership or subscription.

Questions, disputes and policy changes

Contact services@buytcn.com about a problem. This does not waive rights to contact a regulator, dispute an eligible payment or use a legal remedy. These terms do not add mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or a waiver of nonwaivable rights.

The effective date is shown above. A later edit does not retroactively add a fee or reduce a remedy for an existing purchase. Applicable law governs any unenforceable provision without removing other rights.
